In 2009 Young-bird Series,  Young-bird of the Year Award went to AU-09-HORN-504, BBC. He is down from "Pooltaker" 727, and "The Don" 75. His record is as follows:

WRPC YB OF THE YEAR. 675 Points. 1st to loft, 14th place, 200 mi. 1st to loft, eq 3rd place, 200 miles, 7 on the drop. Lost by 38 seconds with 24 mi overfly. 1st to loft 300 miles, Equal to 3rd Place, 7 on the drop. Lost 1st by 3 seconds with 10 mi overfly.
Over the years I have added additional stock improving my loft.  One Janssen cock, AU-06-CBS-434, BCC, that is making an immediate impact to my loft is an inbred grandson down from the Keizer, winner of three 1sts vs. 20,000 pigeons. Multiple young-birds from this cock were equal to 1st place in 200 mile and 300 mile races, during the 2009 young-bird series.   A daughter, AU-09-HORN-501, BCH, record is as follows:

4th bird to loft, 14th place, 200 mi. 1st to loft, 6th place, 300 mi. Auction Race. 1st Place equal 200 mi, 9 birds on drop. 675 total points equaling my WRPC YB of the Year winner AU-09-HORN-504 BBC.
Another acquisition making an impact to my loft is a Grizzle Hen, AU-06-CBS-1055, who is from a Son of "Julian" from Sonia Van Der Maelen of Belgium, and a Daughter of "Grijzen Provincial", a Super Breeder.  She is mated to IF-02-SAL-328, DCWF C, who is down from the "Don", 75, that raised three grizzles, and they all were equal to 1st on 200 mile and 300 mile races. AU-09-HORN-554, Grizzle cock was 2nd Place WRPC Young-bird of the Year.

Equal to 1st to loft 200 mi Ozona, TX, 15th Place 1214.067 ypm, winner 1230.450 ypm. 2nd to loft, 14th Place Auction Race. Equal to first to loft, 3rd Place 200 miles, Ozona,TX 1198.528 ypm, winner 1201.343 ypm, 43 seconds to win. Sister to 554, 553.
Another pair making an impact to my loft are World Champion Bloodlines from David Clausing. AU-07-Clausing-79, Silver Cock, is from Clausing's David Jr. when mated to a Daughter of Clausing's world famous breeder "410". This daughter is a mother of 5 one-loft race winners and is a full sister to Clausing's $78,000 winner in South Africa.   "79" is mated to AU-07-Clausing-6, BCH, who is a daughter of "410" when mated to a daughter of "Ziko". This pair raised two sons whose records are as follows.  I stopped the brothers from going to the last 300 due to wing condition.
